How to Enter

Simply submit a 100 to 150 word essay on why you need a new iPod dock. Make it fun and interesting.

WHAT IS THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to participate in the Contest. The Contest is a skill-based, essay competition in which participants will compete by submitting a 100 to 150 word written essay (about 750 characters) on “why I need a free iPod Dock”. All individuals submitting one essay from February 16, 2009 and March 31, 2009 will be eligible to win.

To enter, you must submit an essay, meeting all of the Requirements noted below, by clicking here to enter you essay submission. 

Submission Requirements: Your submission must meet the following requirements: 100 to 150 words, (about 740 characters) in English, must be original content, must include the product name. Restrictions: no content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person or entity, as determined in the sole discretion of The Speaker Company. .

JUDGING AND WINNER SELECTION: One winning Essay will be selected by a panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor. The Essays will be judged based on the following criteria, in approximate weightings as indicated: Style (20%); Humor (20%); Originality (20%); Clear and cogent writing (20%); and positive articulation of ideas (20%),] solely as determined by the judges. The decision of the judges will be final.
